How to Enter:The contest starts on March 1, 2008 (the "Contest Starting Date") and closes on June 30, 2008 (the "Contest Closing Date").

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Enter on-line at www.jergens.ca. Follow the instructions to enter on-line and complete the electronic entry form. On-line entries must be received before 11:59 pm, EST June 30, 2008. All entrants must provide their name, address, age, phone number and email address. Limit is one on-line entry per person, per household, per day (12:00 AM to 11:59 PM EST ). Entries that exceed this limit will invalidate all on-line entries previously made by that entrant.

Grand Prize: There is ONE GRAND PRIZE available to be won consisting of a one week, all inclusive Sun Holiday trip for two to the Caribbean or Mexico. A list of destinations and 23 resorts for the prize winner to choose from will be provided to the contest winner by Flight Centre. The Grand Prize package consists of return economy airfare for two, hotel transfers, a one week stay in a standard hotel room category, beverages, and meals at the resort. Resort package booking must be made at least 45 days prior to traveling and is subject to availability; black-out periods may apply. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part. No changes to travel dates or passenger names are permitted once the booking has been confirmed under any circumstances. Once the booking has been confirmed, the prize winners are subject to the terms and conditions of carriage including but not limited to airlines, hoteliers, tour operators, etc. All travel documents that may be required (visa, passports, etc.) are the winner's responsibility and must be obtained prior to departure. Any unused portion of the prize will be considered forfeit. The odds of being selected depend on the total number of entries received. Travel must be completed by December 15, 2008. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $5,000.00.

Weekly Prizes: Weekly prizes consisting of a Glow Prize Pack will be awarded from all eligible entries received at the time of each draw. There will be 18 Prize Packs given away, the first one being awarded on March 7, 2008 and the last one being awarded July 4, 2008. The approximate retail value of each Glow Prize Pack is $100.00. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your Prize Package. Limit one (1) Prize Package per person, per household. In the event of a computer malfunction, there may be less than 18 Glow Prize Packs awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible on-line entrants.

Eligibility: The organizer of this contest is Triple P Promotions ("Organizer"), 208 Travail Road, Ontario L3S 3J1. To be eligible, you must be a resident of Canada over the age of majority in your province of residence as at the Contest Starting Date. You are NOT eligible if, at any point during this time, you are (or you live with) an employee or representative of the Organizer or Kao Brands Canada Inc., their affiliates or licensees, advertising or promotional agencies, prize suppliers or the contest judges.

The Draw: To determine the Grand Prize winner, a random draw will be made by the contest judging organization on July 18, 2008 at 10:00 AM EST in Toronto, ON from all eligible entries received on or before the draw date. In order to win a prize, a selected entrant will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, sign a standard declaration and release form and must be eligible according to the Official Rules and Regulations. The Organizer will not engage in any correspondence except with the potential prize winner. The selected entrant will be contacted by phone and/or mail. If the selected entrant does not comply with the contest Rules or cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw date, that entry will be declared void and a further entry will be drawn. Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks from the draw dates for verification of contest winners and prize fulfillment.

Limits of Responsibility: By entering this contest, the winners acknowledge and agree that the Organizer, Kao Brands Canada Inc., their respective affiliates, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents shall have no liability and the contest winners hereby agree to release them and hold them harmless from any liability arising from or relating to this contest or the awarding or use of the prize. By entering this contest, you consent to Kao Brands Canada Inc. and/or their respective affiliates using the personal information submitted with your entry for the purpose of administering this Contest and for the purposes of contacting you in the future regarding their other promotions and product and/or service offerings, and our information may be shared among Kao Brands Canada Inc. and their respective affiliated companies for these purposes, subject to compliance with applicable privacy legislation.

Other Rules: The decisions of the Organizer will be final and binding on all entrants. The Organizer shall not bear any liability for contest entries which are lost, stolen, delayed, destroyed, or otherwise improperly completed, or claims that are irregular, have been submitted through illicit means or do not conform with or satisfy any or all conditions of these Official Rules. Any such claims will be judged void. By entering, each entrant agrees to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the independent judging organization which shall be final and binding in all matters related to this contest. All entries become the property of the Organizer which assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Organizer on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of the criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Organizer reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.

The Organizer shall not bear any liability for the loss, theft or misuse of the Prize, or any personal damage, personal injury or misfortune in any way attributable to this contest or the Prize. By entering, winner grants the Kao Brands Canada Inc. the right to use their name and/or likeness, without further compensation, in any advertising or publicity. Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws. Void where prohibited.

The Organizer reserves the right, subject to the approval of the Regie in Quebec, to terminate this contest or to amend these contest rules at any time without notice or with notice in major national newspapers if any factor interferes with the proper conduct of the contest as contemplated by the Rules. Odds of winning any prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.

For Quebec Residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct or the organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Regie des alcools des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Regie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
